Before you contact the Technical Help Desk - do this first: Open your birding program and click Help and then click Check for Updates. (For Mac computers, click eViewer and then click Check For Updates.) If an update is available, download it, close the program and then install the free update. Now reopen the program and do this again. The second update is usually the larger of the two. The most recent versions are v4.5.1 and v5.5.1. For older software, the latest version is v3.9.8.2.
Running the most recent version often fixes your problem!
To access the User's Manual using Windows computers, open the program and click Help > Contents (or click the F1 key in the upper left corner of your keyboard). To access the User's Manual using Mac computers, open the program and click Help > eViewer Help. Most questions are answered there.
