I am currently testing the version 4.0 DVD for Mac and Windows. This version is designed to run on Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) as well as on Windows 7 and XP.

Apple released a new operating system called Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) on August 28, 2009. Our birding software will not work on Snow Leopard. It is being updated to run on this new operating system.

We continued our west African birding trip -- moving on to Senegal and then cruising up the Gambia River. The country known as The Gambia is carved out of the middle of Senegal and appears on maps to be 20-25 miles tall and 200 miles long -- very strange indeed!
